Yesterday, 22 September 2021, the first of three days of B2B meetings planned by BIAT – the Innovation and High Technology Exchange – came to an end.
The event, which is part of the Export South Plan 2, was created by ICE-Agenzia with the aim of creating a meeting point between the most innovative companies in the area (startups and innovative SMEs, research centres, incubators) and foreign operators – including business angels, companies active in Open Innovation, investment funds, as well as scientific and technological partners from the most developed markets.
From this point of view, the first day of BIAT meetings already proved to be fruitful for Techinnova: in fact, there was the opportunity to meet the operators of Skolkovo Innovation Center, with whom the first contacts had already been established during the Innoprom fair held in July 2021, when Techinnova, having won the second prize during the pitch session with the COMMITMENT project, obtained an invitation to the incubation process at Skolkovo – now a BIAT 2021 partner. Thus, Skolkovo and Techinnova have signed a first collaboration, which foresees the participation of the five startups incubated by Techinnova – and present at BIAT 2021 – in the acceleration programme promoted by Skolkovo.
