Business Meets Innovation is back.

BMI is the startup contest of the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien) of which Techinnova and the accelerator Innogrow are pleased to be Hub Partners.

Now in its fifth year, the goal of Business Meets Innovation is to foster collaboration between small Italian innovative companies and large groups of the Italian-German business community, starting with a concrete innovative need coming from the world of more structured businesses.

As it does every year, the initiative officially opens with the Reverse Pitch, an occasion in which the participating German-Italian companies, the so-called Top Players, will present themselves and illustrate the technology challenges covered by the contest, for which they seek start-ups to propose their solutions.

Protagonists of this fifth edition will be:

–  Boehringer Ingelheim;
–  Italcementi;
–  Robert Bosch;
–  Siemens

The opening event will be held on Thursday, July 7, at 5 p.m. at the headquarters of AHK Italien at Via Gustavo Fara 26, Milan.

Attendance is free and the invitation is open to anyone interested in the world of innovation.

At the conclusion of the event, applications for the individual technology challenges will be followed by in-depth sessions on each project between July and September. More details will follow shortly.
