We are looking for an administrative employee ,with at least 3 years of work experience, for temporary employment.
He / She will be responsible to perform the following activities:
– manage incoming and outgoing bills,
– send documents and communicate with the external accountancy firm and payroll firm
– manage employees’ working hours and leave permits
– manage internship and hiring procedures
– prepare offers and mandates
Other requirements:
– good knowledge in English, specifically in writing
-full- time availability

IT technician – reference: IT01
We are looking for IT technician, with 2/3 years of experience, for temporary employment.
The person will perform the following activities:
– management of company server and back-up systems
– management of e-mails’ accounts
– installation and maintenance of wireless and wired computer network
– installation and maintenance of electronic video surveillance and voice assistance devices
– Hardware and software setup and maintenance (PCs, printers, scanners and other peripherals)
– Solving usual computer problems, receiving requests directly from users without passing through other functions
– Maintenance of company websites
